Mr. Podmoroff brings to the organization over three decades of business experience, including executive management, operations, IT, marketing, commercial real estate development, acquisition/disposition, retail site selection and regulatory approvals. Mr. Podmoroff’s rich skill set in highly competitive businesses and his extensive national reach of industry contacts make him an indispensable corporate visionary.
PRITAM LONGOWAL
Principal and Co-Founder
Mr. Longowal has an extensive background in operational executive management of regulated retail businesses, including quality assurance and commissioning/setup of retail stores. He has been COO of a profitable Alberta-based regional liquor store chain for more than a decade. Mr. Longowal has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Alberta.
AJAY PARMAR
Executive Vice President & Co-Founder
Mr. Parmar has nearly 20 years of successful hands-on executive business experience. During most of this period, his tenure as a partner and President of a successful property management firm has honed his skillset to include management, operations, construction management, regulatory compliance and everything in-between.
